Management Journey

THE ABOUT US...
STARTS WITH YOU

Sales Targets. Quotas. As a sales leader, you thrive under the pressures of the next target. You have created a process that’s been fine-tuned over months, years, or perhaps decades, of sales experience. Hitting your quota is a regular occurrence, and you’ve been eyed for the open sales manager or director role at your company. Now is the big question: should you take it? Should you seek sales manager coaching first?

“Perhaps you are up for a sales manager position. Or maybe, you already took the position. If you’re wondering, now what? I’m here to answer that question.”
– Matt D. Ferguson

Is This You?

Picture Sarah, a 31-year-old account executive for an upstart SaaS company in Denver, Colorado. As a sales leader in her company, she’s exceed annual sales targets in four of the last five years. Her account based approach to sales has yielded significant commissions and respect amongst her piers as a successful AE. As the new year starts, she’s called into her managers office for exciting news.

“Sarah, as our company has grown we’ve created an enterprise sales division. We need a leader to manage the account executive team and your detailed process and excellent results speak for themselves. I want you to take this role!” her manager says.

Instantly, thoughts go racing through her head. “How will I go about creating the right team? How will I go about getting the right tools and then training my team on the right tools? I’ve been able to achieve financial success for the company, and for myself; but will I be able to achieve that same success as a sales manager? My sales process worked for me, but will it work for my team?”

That moment, and these thoughts, are why I’m here. As an experienced sales achiever and manager, I’ve had to navigate that same process. I was at that critical decision point, and I had to struggle my way through it with little coaching and education resources available to me as a sales manager. I’m here to coach you through the decision process and give you the roadmap and 1 on 1 coaching to achieve success. Or, maybe you’ve already taken the leap into sales management and now are looking for a lifeline. I’m here to help you through the journey to achieving success as a sales manager.
